At OUTSIDE HOUND, all products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

• European Union: 4–8 business days

• Other locations: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.

Delays

OUTSIDE HOUND is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible, but OUTSIDE HOUND is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
