We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary. If an order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed on our website at checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may have entered production and cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. OUTSIDE HOUND is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our products are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selection.
